Directions
Step 1
Muddle together 4 oz (½ cup) cherries (pits removed), 3 rosemary sprigs (stems removed), and 4 oz of simple syrup.
Step 2
Strain and use as cherry rosemary reduction.
Step 3
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Step 4
Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Step 5
Garnish with cherry, jalapeño, and rosemary sprig with Tajín rim.
