On a hot day, there’s nothing better than sipping on a Honey Bear cocktail. This drink was crafted in the vein of a classic French 75, using both lemon juice and Prosecco.

Directions
Step 1
Muddle raspberries and add all ingredients into mixing tin with ice.
Step 2
Shake vigorously.
Step 3
Double strain and pour into Collins glass over fresh ice.
Step 4
Top with Prosecco.
Step 5
Garnish with a lemon twist.
