Kiwi Mojo
A tropical twist on a classic mojito that will make any day feel like summer. The Kiwi Mojo uses a vodka mojito base – NEFT, lime juice, mint, and simple syrup – and adds a whole kiwi fruit for a fruit-forward variation. (Bartender tip: slice the kiwi as thinly as you can to make muddling and straining easier.) Finally, top the drink with Voss Sparkling Water for an effervescent, refreshing pop of bubbles.

Directions
Step 1
Thinly slice kiwi and muddle with mint.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to tins and shake.
Step 3
Double strain into Collins glass over fresh ice.
Step 4
Top with Voss Sparkling.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh mint and kiwi slice.
